Data processing by visiting our website

Contact form, contact by e-mail or telephone

If you contact us via contact form, email or phone, your request including all personal data resulting from it (name, request) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request (according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. 6 GDPR). This data will not be passed on without your approval.

Legal basis for the processing of this data is exclusively Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, insofar as your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on your approval (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) and/or on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) for the effective processing of the enquiries to us. Newsletter information

To send our newsletter, we need an email address from you. It is necessary to verify the email address provided and to consent to receive the newsletter. Supplementary data is not collected or is voluntary. The use of the data takes place exclusively for the dispatch of the newsletter.

The data provided when registering for the newsletter will be processed exclusively on the grounds of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). For sending newsletters we use CleverReach. The provider is CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede. With this service we can organize and analyze the newsletter dispatch. The data you enter to receive the newsletter, such as your email address, is stored on the servers of CleverReach. The servers are situated in Germany and Ireland.

The newsletter dispatch with CleverReach allows us to analyse the behaviour of the newsletter recipient. The analysis shows, among other things, how many recipients have opened their newsletter and how often links were clicked in the newsletter. CleverReach supports conversion tracking in order to analyse whether a previously defined action, such as a product purchase, has taken place after clicking on a link. Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). A withdrawal of your consent is possible at any time. Data Transfer and Recipient

A transfer of your personal data to third parties does not take place, except

  • if you have given your express approval in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR,

In addition, we use external service providers (e.g. for web hosting, sending emails, maintenance and servicing of our IT systems, etc.) for the processing of our services, whom we have carefully selected and commissioned in writing. They are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored by us (pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR). The service providers will not pass this data on to third parties.

Data Security

In accordance with Art. 32 GDPR, we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk, taking into account the state of the technology, the implementation costs and the nature, extent, circumstances and purposes of the processing as well as the different probability of occurrence and severity of the risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. This website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content.

Duration of storage of personal data

The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the relevant statutory retention periods (e.g. from commercial law and tax law). After expiry of the respective period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted. The right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction

Right to data portability

You have the right to have your personal data, which we process automatically by your consent or in fulfilment of a contract, handed over to yourself or to third parties (Art. 20 GDPR).
